Eucalyptus Fired Bowl Small

This bowl was turned from a fresh eucalyptus tree from a neighbours garden. It had become too big for its location close to the house, so the owner had it cut back.  

Fire treated on the exterior, leaving the interior to show off its grain. This bowl has changed shape slightly during its drying process as has similarities to half a coconut.

Finished with food safe Dark Danish Oil, which gives the interior grain some added contrast.

Suitable for dry foods. Wet foods with strong colours or flavours may stain.

Care instructions: Wash quickly by hand, if necessary use a mild detergent. Do not soak in water. Dry immediately with a towel and allow to air dry thoroughly. Use ReWood Nourishing Butter to rejuvenate and protect longevity.
